As a mental health practitioner my goal is to walk with you through your healing process and for you to gain clarity. Healing is a journey and will be individualized to meet your needs. We will be with you by creating an affirming/inclusive
safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore. We will use an eclectic approach of evidenced-based modalities which  consists of person-centered, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, existential
therapy, green therapy intervention and play therapy techniques.
