Culturally Responsive Therapy for Delaware Residents

Delaware may be small, but the gap between needing support and finding the right person can still feel wide — especially when you want a therapist who sees identity as central, not incidental. From Wilmington to Dover and every town across the First State, we offer virtual care rooted in honoring the full intersection of who you are. We hold space for racial trauma, for the parts of your story shaped by systems larger than you, and for the patterns you're ready to break. You won't have to explain your culture to earn good care. You're the expert on your life; we're here to help you move through what's been heavy and toward what's next.

De-Centering Oppression in Delaware Mental Health

BIPOC & Racial Trauma Care

We provide dedicated, decolonized spaces that honor the unique lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Our therapists focus on processing racial trauma, generational stress, and systemic oppression, ensuring you don't have to explain your culture just to get quality care.

LGBTQIA+ & SGL Affirming Space

A safe, active haven for queer, trans, non-binary, and Same-Gender-Loving (SGL) individuals. We work collectively with you to navigate the complexities of identity, community safety, and societal barriers in an environment that fully celebrates who you are.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Care

Care built for ADHD, autistic, and otherwise neurodivergent minds, with no masking required. We adapt pacing, structure, and sensory needs to how your brain actually works, treating executive dysfunction, burnout, and overwhelm as real clinical concerns rather than personal shortcomings.

Delaware Services & Clinical Modalities

Virtual Individual Counseling

One-on-one virtual therapy tailored to your unique healing process. We utilize an eclectic mix of evidence-based, person-centered modalities—including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), green therapeutic frameworks, and existential therapy—to help you process underlying trauma and navigate life transitions safely from home.

Affirming Youth & Teen Groups

Collective healing spaces designed to foster deep connection and resilience. We offer structured online groups, including specialized teen support groups tailored specifically to Delaware youth, giving you a safe, shared environment to break isolation and build meaningful, healthy interpersonal skills.

Clinical Supervision for Delaware LACMGs

Social justice-oriented individual and group supervision built for Delaware LACMGs (Licensed Associate Counselors of Mental Health) working toward independent licensure. We look beyond basic clinical metrics to actively address power dynamics, systemic barriers, and multicultural counseling frameworks under Delaware Board of Mental Health guidelines.

Complete Your Secure Online Intake Beginning is straightforward. Open the encrypted request form from any "Begin Therapy" button — less than five minutes — and our Delaware team follows up promptly to arrange a first call.

  • Note for Delaware Residents: Everything you share is HIPAA-protected and secure.

Your Complimentary 15-Minute Consultation

You'll begin with a free 15-minute phone call with a clinician licensed in Delaware. It's a fit check rather than a therapy session — room to ask about logistics and cost and to name what you're hoping to work through.

  • Important State Policy: Per state board rules, you must be physically located in Delaware during each telehealth session.

Schedule Your Intake & Begin Therapy

When it's a good match, your therapist schedules a full virtual intake. Onboarding paperwork — rights, privacy, background — arrives ahead of time, and then we meet weekly, centered on your goals.

  • Insurance & Billing: The practice is in Network with Cigna and Ambetter. In keeping with Delaware's privacy and practice mandates, we can prepare out-of-network superbills built to major Delaware insurers' documentation guidelines.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
