Identity-Affirming Online Therapy & Supervision in Florida
Virtual trauma-informed counseling, inclusive group spaces, and anti-oppressive clinical supervision tailored for Florida residents and pre-licensed professionals.

Culturally Responsive Telehealth Across the Sunshine State
From Miami to Jacksonville to the small towns in between, affirming care can be hard to find in Florida. We bring it to you through virtual sessions, anywhere in the state. Racial trauma, systemic pressure, and inherited patterns are treated as real clinical work here — and you never have to explain yourself. You lead. We help you do the deeper healing underneath.
De-Centering Oppression in Florida Mental Health
BIPOC & Racial Trauma Care
We provide dedicated, decolonized spaces that honor the unique lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Our therapists focus on processing racial trauma, generational stress, and systemic oppression, ensuring you don't have to explain your culture just to get quality care.
LGBTQIA+ & SGL Affirming Space
A safe, active haven for queer, trans, non-binary, and Same-Gender-Loving (SGL) individuals. We work collectively with you to navigate the complexities of identity, community safety, and societal barriers in an environment that fully celebrates who you are.
Consensual Non-Monogamy Affirming
We offer open, deeply respectful clinical care that honors polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationship frameworks. Our space is judgment-free and already familiar with your structures and agreements, so you can bring your relationships into the room without having to defend them first.
Florida Services & Clinical Modalities
Virtual Individual Counseling
One-on-one virtual therapy tailored to your unique healing process. We utilize an eclectic mix of evidence-based, person-centered modalities—including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), green therapeutic frameworks, and existential therapy—to help you process underlying trauma and navigate life transitions safely from home.
Intersectional Online Support Groups
Community-centric online groups designed to foster deep connection and resilience. We offer structured virtual spaces that bring together neurodivergent adults, teens, and marginalized individuals from across the state to break isolation and experience collective healing in a shared context.
Anti-Oppressive Supervision for RMHCIs
Social justice-oriented individual and group supervision built for Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns (RMHCIs) and Clinical Social Work Interns. As a Florida Qualified Supervisor, I look beyond basic clinical metrics to actively address power dynamics and multicultural frameworks to empower you on your path to independent licensure.

Your Complimentary 15-Minute Consultation

- Important State Policy: Because of strict out-of-state telehealth mandates, you must be physically located within Florida for each telehealth session.
Schedule Your Intake & Begin Therapy
If it's the right fit, we schedule your formal virtual intake. You'll receive onboarding paperwork covering client rights, privacy, and history beforehand, and from there we meet weekly with your goals front and center.
