Affirming & Inclusive Online Therapy in Maryland

A dedicated virtual space for intersectional healing, trauma recovery, and anti-oppressive clinical supervision for residents across Maryland.

Culturally Responsive Care for Maryland Communities

Maryland isn't one place — it's the density of the DMV, the history and grit of Baltimore, and the quieter rhythms of the Eastern Shore and the western counties, and the pressures you carry look different in each. We've built a virtual practice that meets you wherever you are in the state, with therapists who understand how race, gender, neurotype, and class can stack into something heavier than any one of them alone. You won't spend your sessions explaining your background or defending your identity. From the first conversation, you're treated as the authority on your own life, and our work is to help you process what's underneath, loosen old patterns, and move toward something that feels like yours.

De-Centering Oppression in Maryland Mental Health

Culturally Responsive Healing

We provide dedicated, decolonized spaces that honor the unique lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Our therapists focus on processing racial trauma, generational stress, and systemic oppression, ensuring you don’t have to explain your culture just to get quality care.

Fully Validating & Protective Care

A safe, active haven for queer, trans, non-binary, and Same-Gender-Loving (SGL) individuals. We work collectively with you to navigate the complexities of identity, community safety, and societal barriers in an environment that fully celebrates who you are.

Affirming Care for Black Men

We provide dedicated, culturally responsive spaces focusing on vulnerability, strength, and breaking generational cycles. Our therapists actively look at the unique societal and cultural dynamics impacting Black men, ensuring a safe haven where you feel fully seen, validated, and understood.

Maryland Services & Clinical Modalities

Individual Telehealth Counseling

One-on-one virtual therapy tailored to your unique healing process. We utilize an eclectic mix of evidence-based, person-centered modalities—including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and existential therapy—to help you process underlying trauma and navigate life transitions safely and privately from your own home.

Maryland Youth & Peer Support Groups

Collective healing spaces designed to foster deep connection and resilience. We offer structured online groups, including specialized teen support groups tailored specifically to Maryland high school and college-aged youth, giving you a safe, shared environment to break isolation and build meaningful skills.

Anti-Oppressive Clinical Supervision

Social justice-oriented individual and group supervision for Maryland LGPCs and LMSWs. We look beyond basic clinical metrics to actively address power dynamics, systemic barriers, and multicultural frameworks, fully empowering pre-licensed clinicians as they earn their independent board hours.
